My washer needed changing and was fortunately still under warranty however both washers have come back now with low pressure it seems so will probably have to take back to reset?

We were waiting for a few hours before we had the courtesey car as they thought my problem was a quick fix do we decided to wait when we could have gone out for the day if they just said leave it with them the whole day.

I did ask for some details on the price of an extended warranty plan, but nobody has come back to me at all.

Poor service on collection day. Finance not sorted, car had a damaged stripe and badges missing. Overall took five hours to collect a car that had to go back two days later for new stripes. Still no badges ! New car outside in rain for collection
Sales assistant (Andrew) came across as both slightly condescending and also so laid back as to almost be disinterested. Didn't explain all of the options on the car. Noel was better/helpful and ultimately the problem was solved
There was a couple of outstanding jobs from a previous service that needed to be attended to. But otherwise all good.
Very professional, nothing was to much hassle.....lee was running around to speed up the process.
Molly Philips kept me updated right from start to finish and couldn't have been more helpful.

Complications with a repair led to leaving car overnight and an unwanted extra 60 mile round trip to collect it.The rear lights were removed and cleaned and when I got home and opened the doors neither trim panel had been replaced properly.

You normally give the car a wash and I don't think this happened this time . This wouldn't have mattered if you hadn't said you were going to do it . It's a minor point
car was still a little dirty in places, around wheel arches especially.
The issue was completely resolved and nothing was too much trouble

My mini is still telling me it needs a service (which is what it went in for) - I have contacted but received no reply. Apart from that everything was done to a good standard.
Always had a friendly welcome and offered refreshments, most questions answered to a satisfactory level but we were left alone several times for a considerable length of time.
