I've marked this as completely satisfactory, but only because Sophie was great. The lady in reception was also lovely, but all the guys we saw in the showroom couldbt even bring themselves to acknowledge us.

On initial entrance, the centre was clean and inviting and I was given a warm welcome. All my questions were answered satisfactorily. I was not hurried and the staff who helped me were polite, amiable and at the same time relaxed. Excellent!

Scott Joy at MINI Norwich was the salesperson when I went to purchase my first MINI Countryman. Scott was helpful in explaining the difference between models. I wanted the 2023 model and Scott was helpful in locating my perfect Countryman.

My car was booked in for a 2 hour appointment weeks ago, when I got there I was told it might not be ready before 2pm - appointment booked for 10am - and I arrived early, was told they were very busy with 2 sit and wait appointments at 10.30am.

My car was booked in for recall work that had been booked in months earlier. On the day a part was still not there so the car had to be left overnight. No-one called to tell me about this so I had to wait for a driver to take me home. Wasted my time

My appointment time was 12-30 and the job was completed by 1-45. The work carried out was explained to me, an email sent to give me details of Mini health check and watched the video when I got home.

Very good service. Not 100% as one of the parcel shelf cords missing but later found in bottom of boot . Courtesy clean also seems to have deposited some sort of stain on car roof, which I then had to clean off when I got home.
